MXC Designs ("MXC," "we," "us," or "our") sells aftermarket parts, accessories, and apparel for electric motorcycles and e-bikes. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.

Always confirm that a part is compatible with your specific bike, model, and year before ordering. If you're unsure, contact us before you buy.

Aftermarket parts should be installed by someone with the proper knowledge, tools, and experience. If you're not confident installing a part, have it installed by a qualified mechanic.

MXC Designs is not responsible for injuries, damage, or losses caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or use of products in a way they weren't intended.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices, products, and availability can change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors, suspected fraud, or products that are no longer available. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Some items may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns and Refunds
